QS Systems provides high-performance server infrastructure and proprietary software tools through a subscription model. The specific scope, service levels and inclusions of your subscription are set out in your onboarding or service documentation.
3. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse this website or its content and not to use the services for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including infringement of intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual property
Content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by QS Systems or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Subscription fees are billed annually and are based on the agreed service tier and scope. Payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
6. Suspension or termination
QS Systems may suspend or terminate access to services where it reasonably believes these terms have been breached or harmful conduct has occurred, subject to any separate contractual terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, QS Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the services. The maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate, and the latest version will be available on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
